Marc is
born in Brussels on February
5th, 1962. He went to the Catholic High School in Brussels
specialized in Latin-Mathematics.
As a teenager, he was very active in the Brussels Catholic
Boy-Scouts and as Volleyball player of the school team.
He also was known for his easy of learning languages. He
actively uses 7 languages. Marc has 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
Marc is married with Monique. They have a daughter, Alice and
recently a grand son, Matheo. Marc and Monique live half time
in Belgium and half time in Bulgaria. Marc travels a lot throughout
Europe.
In 1986, Marc graduated as Masters
in Business Economics of the
University of Leuven, Belgium,
majoring in international finance and international business and
economics. He started his career at Arthur Andersen
Consulting in 1986, specialized in the public sector. In 1989 he was
organizational and information technology advisor to top politicians
and government officials in Belgium. As such he gave advise to
different Belgian Institutions with their organizational and
information technology related problems.
In 1993 he discovered the works of
Mr L.R. Hubbard
and his Hubbard
Management System. He
was so astonished about the advanced stage of this system that he
decided to start his own coaching and training practice. He
founded his own practice in 1994, called
IDEAs
IDEAS incorporated in 1999 and has a subsidiary in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Today, IDEAs counts 4 staff and 15 associates and is active all over
Europe.
IDEAs trains, coaches and manages projects for leaders and
innovators in the business, social, academic and political world.
Marc coached
personally more than
100 leading companies in Europe, trained more than 2000 Government
Officials and Business Leaders and worked on different EU
funded projects. His last major personal assignment was that of team
leader of a project on modernizing the Bulgarian State
Administration.
Marc got media attention via TV,
newspapers and magazines for his work as trainer, coach.
Marc
delivered workshops on leadership, management, motivation to career
counsellors representing 200 000 students in Bulgaria and to more
than 100 University Graduates.
Marc is
also very active as
Scientology Volunteer Minister
and as such he personally helped more than 300 people with personal
life problems and gave lectures to +/_ 3000 people concerning
effective solutions to life problems.
Marc is interested in helping people, businesses and
institutes all over Europe.
Monique is born in Brussels on
December 9th 1956. She went to High School in Latin for the 4 first
years and turned to Human Studies for the 2 last ones.
As a child, there was a tale which created a big impression on her :
amongst plural fairy stories in a book, one was even more magical
than the others. The title was : the Mother who handles everything.
Any situation in life was solved by this incredible mother and
Monique took the decision to be and to act the same as her.
During her teenage years, Monique got an easy time at High school,
wonderful parents, nice friends. In the meanwhile, she realized that
life around us is not the same for any body : war (Vietnam's war at
that time), injustices, mistreated children, intolerance.
In her group, she was known as
the protector of mistreated people and as freedom fighter. Always
ready to make experience in order to learn, she even tried to
understand what are drugs. Fortunately, her desire to handle life
and to change conditions in the society, beginning with hers, was
higher than the destruction of drugs and through a friend she found
the
Narconon program.
A program based on the works
of Mr
Hubbard which helps people to really get free of the drug
'effects.
Very quickly, she got rid of this trap and she discovered the tools
she was always looking for: the tools to help others ! At that
specific moment, she realized that now she really could help and her
life turned to a real construction based on truth and trust.
Since that time, she never stopped to learn from the works of
Mr
Hubbard and she is more and more reaching her child's
decision: to be and to act as the incredible mother !
Having met her husband, Marc, was the other very important turn in
her life : share love and goals as a couple was another beautiful
life's present.
For years, she has given drug prevention lectures and workshops and
she is also available for people really willing to change conditions
in life and to improve them.
